Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once order is shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you are sure of your order then only place the order. 

 

• After placing an order you can cancel the order within 6 hrs if and only if order is not shipped/fulfilled. Orders are always shipped on the particular day as mentioned in the Shipping Policy.

 

• Claims for missing, wrong or products with manufacturing defect will not be entertained without proper package opening video. Package opening video should be unedited and should display the package slip and each products. Verification of the video will be done by expert team of Jaagriti Jewelry Shop. If claim found to be true then refund of damaged or missing products will be processed.

 

• Jaagriti Jewelry Shop provides no warranty, either express or implied with respect to any product, and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including, without limitation, warranties for  merchantability, non-infringement and fitness for any particular purpose.  Jaagriti Jewelry Shop’s sole obligation and liability for product defects shall be, at Jaagriti Jewelry Shop option, to replace or issue store coupons only against any manufacturing defect (Manufacturing defect will be solely decided by Jaagriti Jewelry Shop)  to buyer.  In no event shall Jaagriti Jewelry Shop exceed the buyer’s purchase price.
